The one thing all Treatd providers have in common is that they look at wellness, health, lifestyle and med-aethestics holistically and with a personalised approach. Today, you can find providers across board certified practices like med-aesthetics, functional medicine, fitness, nutrition, therapy, acupuncture, naturopathy in addition to certified wellness providers including meditation, yoga, bodywork, life coaching, energy work and much more. Treatd exists to help you easily find what you need to feel better, to be better and to look better. The whole package under one roof. For some people, that means finding reliable, trusted information from providers, or research that’s rooted in science. For others, that means understanding which practices or providers may be best suited to help them meet their overall wellbeing goals. We make finding what you need easy with our comprehensive database: just ask for what you need, and we’ll do the rest, whether that means connecting you with the best providers through our free matchmaking service or serving up helpful information (and the science to pack it up) and provider expertise. And if you’re not sure where to start, you can take our quiz or live chat for personalised recommendations based on your specific goals and preferences.

Underlying everything we do is a behavioral science research approach and data-centric thinking that enables us to direct clients to the right practices and providers for them. We empower clients in a number of ways from general search to an intuitive quiz that will guide clients to specific practices to try and the providers that specialise in them, whether they are close in location or have a remote offering. Search filters will be determined by location, client preferences, provider specialisation, and reviews. We also offer live-chat sessions to members with an initial free assessment conducted by one of our experts. After a detailed discussion, we then refer them to a select number of providers we specifically handpick according to their concerns. A bit like matchmaking! A number of providers are also exclusively featured in our A-Z guides.

We also want our providers to be able to thrive in an ecosystem where they can feel supported and secure whilst being surrounded by peers, friends and colleagues of the highest calibre.

Treatd is invite-only (for now), and we’d love to invite qualified providers in. You can apply via our provider member application – it shouldn’t take more than 3 minutes.

We are 100% commission free, it’s free to join and you can cancel anytime. We don’t believe in making a profit out of your earnings, that’s why we charge a small monthly subscription fee to cover running the platform, giving back to the community and supporting your business. Our aim is to contribute in regulating the wellness industry in the best way we can and rebalancing the roles. We are here to make a users’ journey fun but simple and approachable, personalised and human.

Upon sign up, providers receive one month free trial. There will be a monthly listing fee after your free trial. As new features are added, membership tiers will be created so you can add to your basic membership and unlock these features. For information about pricing, please contact us.

Currently, your Treatd provider profile allows you to list your one-on-one services, events and classes (virtual or on location). We also collaborate on content through Treatd daily, so if you'd like to do an Instagram live or IGTV or have your article published, reach out to your community manager. We do not currently list products, this feature will be added very soon.
